Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the next business day.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5–8 business days after processing.
- Total Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping): Orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note:
- Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Delivery Times: International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website, or the link provided via email.
Note: Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer.
Shipping Restrictions
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you place an order with one of these addresses, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery option or issue a refund.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the claim and will either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier. Once the investigation is complete, if the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement shipment or a full refund.
